Returns
We hope that you are extremely happy with your Cotton Boulevard purchases but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then we would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
The goods must be returned to us within 28 DAYS of purchase and must be unused, unwashed, not damaged and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please get in touch at [email protected] and we will issue you with a returns code and returns address.
We cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged or lost in the post so we do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 WORKING DAYS of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
