Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are extremely happy with your Cotton Boulevard purchases but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then we would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You have 14 DAYS after your order’s arrival to return it for a full refund. Please note that we will not accept returned items that have been washed or used. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of use or washing, then there will be no refund issued.
Please get in touch at HELLO@COTTONBOULEVARD.CO.UK and we will issue you with a returns code and returns address.
Please ensure you retain your proof of postage receipt until we have received your returned items.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 days of us receiving items.
Faulty Goods
If you believe a product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@cottonboulevard.co.uk with a description and photo of the product. If the item was purchased within 21 days, is unused and unwashed, subject to confirmation of a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund.
